Dr HP Greeff, also known as Henk to his colleagues, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Sernick Group on 10 January 2022. He is happily married to Ilse, and has a son, daughter and granddaughter who all live in Pretoria.

Henk completed his PhD at the University of Pretoria in 1991. He has also since completed programmes in strategic transformation, change and renewal, and strategic management at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, the Stanford Graduate School of Business (USA), and IMD Business School (Lausanne, Switzerland), respectively.  

An experienced business leader with a wide spectrum of experience across industry types, Henk has been the recipient of many accolades of achievement and exceptional performance, and has served in senior management and executive positions in an array of executive management and directors’ positions. 

Over the years, this included executive directorships in strategy, consulting companies, listed retail and consumer finance, as well as geospatial technologies. Additionally, he also served on a number of boards as non-executive chairman and director in industries as varied as market research, human resources, longevity industry, agricultural food manufacturing and strategy consulting.
