- Manage, motivate and delegate to staff
- Product ordering, receiving and storage
- Admin management
- Product range, price and margin management
- Production of fresh, frozen, cooked and smoked products
- Maintaining customer service levels
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification will be an advantage
- Butcher management/retail experience
